Coffee Storage

Augers are used to move the dried beans from the gas driers to bags then into temporary storage.  After the beans have been sun dried they are bagged and set aside until the end of the season. Later just before the green beans are to be shipped out the beans are cleaned.  The last shell and thin skin covering the beans are removed and the beans are sorted and polished.  Then they are packaged into marked burlap sacks and shipped out.
