We have adopted methods to produce our coffee causing minimal harm to the environment. Large native trees shade the coffee plants.  Native grasses and flowers grow between the rows. We fertilize with organic fertilizer and maintain the land with machetes.  Native Guaymie from the region work with us to maintain the land, harvest and process the coffee.
